2005 was quite a year in film. IMDB recorded 18,092 new titles in 2005 and, of those, 530 films were released in the United States. Hollywood's worst box office in 15 years. But some great boxoffice for foreign and indie films.
And so it is with great aplomb - whatever that is - that we present this year's lists, alpha by first name of the reviewer.
